Any concerned person can apply for financial assistance to the board on behalf of an animal in need. The
board has complete discretion to decide the amount of, and conditions for funds granted. In emergency cases, the board
has the ability to provide funding approval within hours of the application. In non-emergency cases, the board will
make decisions at its monthly meeting.
